حرصًا من منصة "موتورلوب" (ويُشار إليها فيما يلي بـ"المنصة") على تقديم أفضل مستويات الخدمة، وإيمانًا منها بأهمية البيانات وسريتها، فإن المنصة تلتزم بالمحافظة على سرية وخصوصية بيانات المستخدم والبيانات المدخلة. المنصة لن تقوم بالإفصاح عن هذه المعلومات إلا وفقًا للضوابط المحددة في البند الرابع (الاستخدام والإفصاح). علمًا بأن الخصوصية وسرية المعلومات الموضحة أدناه جزء من شروط استخدام المنصة.
البند الثاني: بيانات المستخدم
يقصد بمصطلح "بيانات المستخدم" كل مما يلي:
1. البيانات الشخصية: البيانات المستخدمة في التسجيل.
2. بيانات الاتصال والتحديثات: مثل البيانات المتعلقة بالجهاز المستخدم للاتصال (لغة الجهاز، نوع النظام، نوع المتصفح).
3. المعلومات المدخلة: مثل طلبات الاستفسارات، البلاغات، والإجابة عن أي استبيانات تُعرض من خلال المنصة.
البند الثالث: جمع البيانات وتخزينها
1. جمع البيانات: يوافق زائر المنصة على جمع المنصة لبيانات المستخدم.
2. تخزين البيانات: تُخزّن البيانات في خوادم داخل المملكة العربية السعودية، محمية وفق المعايير المتبعة.
3. حذف البيانات: يمكن طلب حذف البيانات عن طريق قنوات الدعم الفني. عند الحذف، تُعدّل العمليات المالية المرتبطة بالحساب لتكون "تبرع غير مسجل".
البند الرابع: الاستخدام والإفصاح
1. الاستخدام الداخلي: يوافق المستخدم على السماح لموظفي المنصة بالوصول إلى بياناته عند الضرورة.
2. الإحصاءات: يمكن استخدام البيانات غير المحددة للهوية لإعداد مؤشرات إحصائية.
3. الإفصاح للجهات الخارجية: يوافق المستخدم على الإفصاح عن بياناته لجهات حكومية وغير حكومية عند الحاجة.
4. التزامات قانونية: تحتفظ المنصة بحق كشف البيانات للجهات المختصة في حال طلب ذلك بموجب القانون.
البند الخامس: الروابط الخارجية
قد تحتوي المنصة على روابط لمواقع أطراف أخرى. المنصة غير مسؤولة عن جمع أو استخدام تلك المواقع لمعلومات المستخدم. ننصح بمراجعة سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك المواقع.
البند السادس: مسؤولية المستخدم تجاه حماية الخصوصية
لضمان حماية بيانات المستخدم، تنصح المنصة بما يلي:
1. الاتصال بالدعم الفني عند الاشتباه في اختراق الحساب.
2. عدم مشاركة المعلومات السرية إلا مع جهات موثوقة.
3. عدم مشاركة بيانات تسجيل الدخول (اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور) مع الآخرين.
4. استخدام جهاز آمن للوصول إلى المنصة، والتأكد من تحديث برامج الحماية من الفيروسات.
البند السابع: أحكام عامة
1. الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي هي الجهة المشرفة على المنصة.
2. للمنصة الحق في تحديث سياسة الخصوصية، وسيتم إشعار المستخدم عبر البريد الإلكتروني بأي تغييرات.
3. يحق للمنصة إنهاء الحساب في حال عدم قبول المستخدم لأي تحديث على سياسة الخصوصية.
4. اللغة العربية هي المعتمدة في تطبيق أحكام هذه السياسة.
5. تخضع هذه السياسة لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، والجهات المختصة في المملكة هي المخولة بالنظر في أي نزاعات.
البند الثامن: بيانات الموقع
يقوم تطبيقنا بجمع واستخدام بيانات موقعك لتوفير تجربة أكثر تخصيصًا. يشمل ذلك الوصول إلى موقع جهازك لعرض مركبات الخدمة المتاحة بالقرب منك. يتم جمع هذه المعلومات فقط عند تشغيل التطبيق بنشاط وبموافقتك الصريحة. لا نقوم بمشاركة هذه البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة إلا إذا كان ذلك ضروريًا لتقديم الخدمات المطلوبة أو حسبما يقتضيه القانون.
Privacy Policy
Article 1: Introduction
In line with “MotorLube” Platform’s (referred to as “the Platform”) commitment to providing high-quality services and recognizing the importance of data confidentiality, the Platform is committed to safeguarding user data. The Platform will only disclose such information in accordance with the regulations outlined in Article 4 (Usage and Disclosure). The privacy and confidentiality provisions below are part of the Platform’s terms of use.
Article 2: User Data
The term “User Data” refers to the following:
1. Personal Data: Information used during registration.
2. Contact and Usage Data: Including device information (language, system type, browser type).
3. Submitted Information: Such as inquiries, reports, and survey responses entered through the Platform.
Article 3: Data Collection and Storage
1. Data Collection: By using the Platform, the visitor consents to the collection of their data.
2. Data Storage: User data is stored on servers located within Saudi Arabia, protected against unauthorized access in compliance with standard protocols.
3. Data Deletion: Users may request data deletion via support channels. Upon deletion, financial operations linked to the account will be converted to “unregistered donations.”
Article 4: Usage and Disclosure
1. Internal Usage: Users allow authorized Platform staff access to their data as necessary.
2. Statistical Use: Non-identifiable user data may be used for aggregate statistics.
3. Disclosure to Third Parties: Users consent to the disclosure of their data to authorized government and non-government entities for specific services.
4. Legal Obligations: The Platform reserves the right to disclose data to authorities if required by law.
Article 5: External Links
The Platform may provide links to third-party websites. The Platform is not responsible for how these websites collect or use personal information. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these websites.
Article 6: User Responsibility for Privacy Protection
To protect user data, the Platform recommends:
1. Contacting technical support immediately if account access is compromised.
2. Avoiding sharing sensitive information unless with verified parties.
3. Not sharing login credentials (username and password) with others.
4. Using secure devices to access the Platform and keeping antivirus software updated.
Article 7: General Provisions
1. The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority supervises the Platform.
2. The Platform reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy and will notify users via email of any changes.
3. The Platform may terminate accounts if users do not accept policy updates.
4. The Arabic language is the authoritative version of this policy.
5. This policy is governed by Saudi Arabian laws, and any disputes will be handled by competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.
Article 8: Location Data
Our application collects and uses your location data to provide a more personalized experience. This includes accessing your device’s location to show you available service vehicles close to your location. This information is collected only when the app is actively running and with your explicit permission. We do not share this data with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested services or as required by law.
